Subscription Terms – HOA-Now

HOA-Now offers subscription-based listing and marketing services to service providers seeking visibility with HOA Managers and Board Members.

1. Complimentary Trial Period

If offered, the initial complimentary period of 3 months allows businesses to evaluate the platform without charge. After the trial period:

• The subscription will convert to a paid status unless canceled in writing before the trial end date.

2. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year.
• Payments are due in advance of service periods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel by:

Subject Line: “Subscription Cancellation – HOA-Now”

Cancellation terms:

• Monthly subscriptions: Effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual subscriptions: Non-refundable after payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Trial subscriptions: Must cancel before trial expiration to avoid billing.

4. Non-Payment

Failure to pay may result in:

• Removal of listing
• Suspension of services
• Termination of account access

5. Removal of Listings

HOA-Now reserves the right to remove listings that:

• Provide false information
• Violate laws
• Misrepresent licensing
• Damage platform integrity
